The Beard Wedding - 8/21/22 - Cleveland TN

Dane and Chloe officially said their "I Dos" on January 14th, 2022. On Saturday, August 21st, 2022 is when they restated their vows, exchanged rings, and celebrated with their friends and family. This couple is also expecting a sweet baby girl in December! There are so many beautiful memories to come for this couple and their wedding day was one of those sweet memories. I am so glad I was there to capture it.

The wedding took place in Cleveland TN at the Southern Charm Venue. This venue has a beautiful outdoor ceremony area and the gloomy sky matched this dark wooded venue perfectly. I arrived at 2:00 pm and began with the details. I always block out time to take photos of the couple's details. This is a nice detail for any gallery or album and it ensures that all the details of the day have been photographed.

Once I was done with their details I went upstairs where Chloe was getting ready. Chloe had Makeup by Mc (Michaela Trammell) doing her makeup and Hair by Audrey styling her hair. They did a wonderful job and Chloe looked so beautiful! While they were finishing getting ready I took portraits of Dane since he was already ready. I then came back and took photos of Chloe getting into her dress.

Once Chloe was ready her mom helped her into her dress and we did the first look with her dad and bridesmaids. After the first looks, we did all of the portraits of Chloe with her bridesmaids and these girls looked so great in these black silk dresses. They all looked so classy. Next, we had all the groomsmen come out for their portraits and they

were a such nice and fun group to work

with.

Ceremony Time! The clouds stayed out with a little sun peaking through for this beautiful ceremony. The rain held off all day so it was truly a perfect ceremony. Chloe and Dane restated their "I Dos" and exchanged their rings. Chloe and Dane decided to have their flower girls and ring barrer use bubble blowers instead. I loved this idea and it was beautiful in the photos.

After the ceremony, we did family portraits. My big tip to all my couples is to keep the family groups big and limited. This is always one of the most stressful parts of the day for any couple and I learned this the hard way on my wedding day. Typically I tell my couples to do the following combinations. All photos include both the bride and

groom.

Starting with the bride's family mom and dad, add siblings, add grandparents. All aunts uncles and cousins (can be broken up into families). Now for the groom's family, mom and dad, add siblings, add grandparents. All aunts uncles and cousins (again can be broken up into families) After that I ask if they have any other combinations they would like but suggest keeping it simple. For example, all siblings, all grandparents, all kids, and a group shot with the friend groups. The family photos with Chloe and Dane went well and that's always a big relief for me and the couple.

We followed the family photos with wedding party portraits, photos with Chloe and Dane's dogs, bridal portraits of Chloe, and Chloe and Dane's couples portraits which I love! We did some portraits by the ceremony site and then went down to the lake to finish the portraits. Everything at this venue is so close together that it cuts down on any long walking or travel.

The reception was a wonderful time with a taco bar and really good cake. Chloe and Dane's first dance was beautiful as well as the dances with their parents. All the vendors pulled through wonderfully on this wedding day and did a great job making this day great. Chloe and Dane decided to not do their send-off and end the night slowly and peacefully.
