What Does the Booking Process Look Like?
We believe booking your photography experience should be simple, transparent, and stress-free. From your initial inquiry to the delivery of your final gallery, we'll guide you through each step of the process. Below, you'll find answers to common questions about booking, pricing, timelines, and what you can expect when working with us. Reach Out
The first step is to reach out to us about your session, wedding, or event. From there, we'll get to know your vision and gather all the details needed to begin planning your photography experience.

The Details
To get started, we'll need a few details about your session or wedding:

Contracts and Invoices
Once we have all the details finalized, I'll need the legal name(s) and email address(es) for everyone signing the agreements. From there, I'll send everything through ShootProof, our professional client management system, where you'll receive your contracts, invoice, gallery, and other important information.
Here's what you'll receive:

Session Contract – Outlines the terms of your session and protects both you and us throughout the booking process.

Model Release – Gives us permission to share your beautiful images in our portfolio, website, and social media.

Invoice – Choose to pay in full or select from the available payment plan options.
Your date is officially reserved once all required contracts have been signed and the non-refundable retainer has been paid. Additional booking details and policies can be found in your session contract.

Shooting Day
On the day of your session, wedding, or event, we'll meet at the agreed-upon location and time to capture your special moments.
Afterward, I'll carefully cull and professionally edit your images to ensure every photo reflects the quality and care your memories deserve.
A preview gallery may be sent within 1–2 weeks, allowing you to enjoy a selection of your images while the rest of your gallery is being completed.
Once the editing process is complete, you'll receive your full online gallery, where you can view, download, and share your images. Portrait galleries are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks, while wedding galleries are delivered according to the timeline outlined in your contract.

Gallery Delivery
Thank you for trusting us to capture your special moments! Once your gallery is complete, it will be delivered through ShootProof, where you'll have access to your professionally edited images. You'll be able to view, download, and share your photos at no additional cost.
To ensure you receive the highest-quality images, please download your photos directly from your gallery rather than taking screenshots. While you're welcome to print your images wherever you'd like, we also offer professional-quality prints and products through our trusted print lab.
Please note that online galleries are available for a limited time. Your gallery expiration date will be included in your delivery email, so we encourage you to download and back up your images as soon as possible. We also recommend waiting until your full gallery has been delivered before ordering prints, so you can choose all of your favorite images.
